Setting Up
Netscape Mail with Power-Net

To setup
your Netscape 7.0 to handle your new
POP3 e-mail account, please follow the
instruction below :
1. Start
the Netscape Mail
2. Click Edit > Mail &
Newsgroup Account Settings
3. Click Add Account
4. Select Email Account as the
account type
Enter Your Name and your
Email Address, Click Next

5.
Select POP as the Incoming
Server type
Enter mail.yourdomain.com
as your Incoming Mail Server,
Click Next

6.
Enter you@yourdomain.com as your
User Name, Click Next

7.
Leave the Account Name as per your
email address (you@yourdomain.com) or
change it to anything that would be
easy for you to identify this account
8. Ensure all the entries are correct
in the confirmation screen and click
Finish

9.
Select Outgoing server (SMTP)
under the Mail &
Newsgroup Account Settings
10. Ensure Use name and password
is checked
11. Ensure your User Name is
keyed in correctly as
you@yourdomain.com
12. Click On Advanced and then
Select your mail server and
click on Edit
13. Ensure Use name and password
is checked
14. Ensure your User Name is
keyed in correctly as
you@yourdomain.com then click OK to exit
the setup screen.
